The Anne Toms’ Yarmouth Gallery is a small and stylish exhibition space located at the heart of the ancient town of Yarmouth, at the westerly corner of the beautiful Isle of Wight.
Ann-Marie Marshall
A childhood spent in the New Forest is re-evoked in these ceramic toads, hares, ducks, geese, pigs and chickens, all produced with affection and humour as well as great technical skill. Ann-Marie studied three dimensional design at Middlesex University and now combines time in her studio with teaching at the Godolphin School, Salisbury. She has exhibited widely and is also particularly well known for her elephants and crocodiles.
Listening Hare
Extraordinarily lifelike, these hares exude energy. They have a lovely warm honey tone and crusty textural surface. Each piece is individually built and has entirely its own character.
