An innovative and youthful craft jeweller working in the lightweight material, anodised alluminum. Yu-lan gained her BA at Kent Institute of Art and Design, and an MA at London Guildhall University.

Earring and pendant set
'Flower' design. Alluminum with sterling silver fittings. Very lightweight and easy to wear. Method: an alluminum sheet pre-anodised by treating with an electric current to break the surface enabling paint or dye to stain the metal. The sheet is then boiled in water to permanently seal the colour before shapes are hand cut for mounting.
