The Anne Toms’ Yarmouth Gallery is a small and stylish exhibition space located at the heart of the ancient town of Yarmouth, at the westerly corner of the beautiful Isle of Wight.
Julie Sajous
Education:Kingston Poly 1985, BA fashion. First job: children's wear designer in New York. Returning to London she became part of the Conran Design Group consultancy. Julie was born in Yarmouth and returned with her French husband to set up a pottery studio in nearby Wellow. After the birth of her first child she found that babies, clay and potter's wheels are not compatible and began experimenting with painting in acrylics and resins. The outcome is her pale, serenely spacious paintings of sea and sand, estuaries and dunes.
