The Anne Toms’ Yarmouth Gallery is a small and stylish exhibition space located at the heart of the ancient town of Yarmouth, at the westerly corner of the beautiful Isle of Wight.
Paul van Giap
Born in Aix en Provence in 1946, Paul studied Fine Art at Ravensbourne College of Art and at the Bournmouth and Poole Colleges. He worked as a college lecturer until moving to the Island in 2004. He is a mixed media painter and experiments with photography. He says, 'At present I am working with different materials, not only on canvas but also with reclaimed floorboards and roof slates. My subject matter is 'The Muse' using images from the life class to domestic life, reproducing photo images on various surfaces using acrylics and inks.'
