Here at Yarmouth Gallery, we love the work of English wildlife printmaker and illustrator Angela Harding. At this time of year, we stock her wonderful, and collectible, Advent Calendars.
Summers spent on her little wooden sailboat exploring the Norfolk and Suffolk coast provide a myriad of inspiration for Angela's lino and screen prints. Sketches made during the summer are developed into more formal designs over the autumn and winter in the studio at the bottom of her garden in the appropriately named village of Wing in Rutland.
There are 7 different Angela Harding Advent Calendars available this year, featuring a variety of wildlife, from Robins and Foxes, to Owls, Hares and Deer in snowy scenes.
Each Calendar folds out to create a three dimensional scene, becoming a delightful Christmas decoration in its own right.
Angela's calendars, notecards and cards are all printed and assembled in the UK by Art Angels publishers using either recycled or FSC certified materials. Calendars are wrapped in bio-degradable compostable cello and all production processes have been ethically audited.
As well as the advent calendars, all year round we also stock a wide range of Angela's Notecards, and Greetings Cards.
